With the guide lines in place, take each carpet stair tread, peel off its protective backing to reveal the adhesive, and carefully position it onto the stair, aligning it precisely with the blue painter's tape guides. Press down firmly across the entire surface of the tread to ensure strong adhesion. Repeat this process for all stairs.
