What happens in this clip
Once the top section is aligned and lightly secured, slowly unroll the wallpaper downwards. As you unroll, peel off the backing paper, exposing the adhesive side. Work your way down the wall, using the wallpaper smoothing tool to firmly press the wallpaper against the surface. Start smoothing from the center of the wallpaper strip and move outwards towards the edges, systematically pushing out any air bubbles as you progress. Ensure the wallpaper adheres smoothly and evenly without creases. If any air bubbles persist or creases form, gently lift the affected section of the wallpaper and reapply, smoothing again from the center outwards.
Goal: Adhere the wallpaper smoothly to the wall, removing all air bubbles.

Step 3 of 6: Apply Peel-and-Stick Wallpaper
Peel back a small portion of the backing paper from the top of the cut wallpaper piece. Align the top edge of the wallpaper with the top of the stair riser, ensuring it is straight. Slowly peel away the backing paper while pressing the wallpaper onto the riser, smoothing out any air bubbles with a squeegee or your hands as you go. Trim any excess material at the edges with the utility knife.
